Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn, unused, and unwashed.

In their original condition with all tags attached.

In the original packaging.

Accompanied by your proof of purchase.
Process:

Contact us at utmigear@gmail.com within 5 days to initiate a return.

Do not send items back without instruction. If your return is approved, we will provide a return address.

Send your return using the provided address.
Exchanges:
For the fastest service, we recommend returning your original item (following the process above). Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds:
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to complete the transaction.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately at utmigear@gmail.com if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
