1. Your Agreement
You represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, you must not use our Services.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You may not transfer or sell your account.

3. Products
Product colors and appearances may vary from screen depictions. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct errors in pricing or descriptions at any time.

4. Orders & Payment
Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we confirm your order. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. Prices are in HKD and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated. All sales are for personal, non-commercial use.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Returns
Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for carrier delays. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery. Please refer to our detailed Return & Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms. Returns must typically be made within 5 days of receipt, with items unused and in original packaging.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on our site (logos, text, images, etc.) is our property or licensed to us and is protected by law. You may not use it without our prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Tools & Links
We may provide access to third-party tools or links. We are not responsible for their content, functionality, or your use of them. You access them at your own risk.

8. Feedback
Any feedback, reviews, or content you submit grants us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it for any purpose. You warrant you own the rights to any content you submit.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, UTMIGEAR, its affiliates, and Shopify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services or products.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the specific product(s) purchased that gave rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UTMIGEAR, Shopify, and their agents from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or use of the Services.

12. Relationship with Shopify
Our store is powered by Shopify Inc. Your purchase contract is solely with UTMIGEAR. You release Shopify from all claims related to your purchases.

13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.

14. Changes & Updates
We may update these Terms. The current version will be posted here. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
